Hiya! I'm Katie!
I grew up in theater and dance, so my weight tended to be a focus all the time. I began dieting at age 11, having tried and failed at practically every diet in the book, by my early twenties, I tipped the scales at 230+ pounds, was both mentally and physically exhausted, and had literally become a prisoner in my own body. Getting the mail was a chore.
Then, ten years ago I appeared on Season 2 of Oxygen’s hit reality show “Dance Your A** Off.” Afterwards, never in my wildest dreams, did I imagine I would become an inspirational figure, much less one whose diet secrets would be consulted by complete strangers. LOL
Now, 10 years later, I'm a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer running my own business making the world a healthier happier place. Although there has been ups, downs, bends and twists in my journey to lead me to this point; and it's not over yet folks! - Ultimately I simply want to live a sustainable health focused lifestyle– and to inspire others to do the same.
